PARISH COUNCIL MEETING UPDATE
“In accordance with the local authorities and police and crime panels (coronavirus) (flexibility of local authority and police and crime panel meetings) (England and Wales) regulations 2020, parish council meetings will be held virtually.
The parish council will be using video conferencing service to facilitate the meetings.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the virtual meetings as observers, but will need to provide their name and email address to the clerk at least 24 hours before the meeting commences.
This is to allow the joining details to be provided. The clerk can be contacted on clerk.clottonhoofieldpc@gmail.com.
Full minutes of the meetings will be published as normal.”
